Alaska Dance Theatre Board Members Tanya Weaver and Carol La Rose spearhead Alaska Dance Theatre's volunteer guild, called The Ovation Guild, whose purpose is to provide volunteer service in areas of development, building maintenance, visiting artist housing, costumes, chaperones, fund-raising and more.
