Mission Statement
Alaska Dance Theatre (ADT), founded in 1981, is the premiere nonprofit dance organization in Alaska. It’s mission is to promote dance through professional education, performance and advocacy in Alaska and to provide a recognized artistic element within the dance community for local and visiting artists to expand their creative talent while nurturing discipline, confidence, fitness and the experience of movement. Believing that dance is for everyone, Alaska Dance Theatre strives to keep its programs affordable to a wide range of the population.

Facility & Rental Rates
Rental rates depend upon the activity and status of the
organization requesting the rental. All organizations requesting a
rental quote must fill out the facility rental form in order to determine space and time availability. Inquiries
must have this form filled out prior to any discussions with the
staff.
Discounts are given to nonprofit organizations and groups that request
multiple dates. All rentals include the heat, lights, flooring,
barres, mirrors, access to restrooms, free parking and front office
staff. Rental times must include 15 minutes on both ends for opening
and closing functions. Any group renting space must be insured and
list Alaska Dance Theatre as an additional insured. Instructors and
pianists are an additional cost.
