School of Alaska Dance Theatre Student Showcase

Every spring the School of Alaska Dance Theatre presents its annual concert on the stage of the Atwood Concert Hall. Over 300 students are involved in this production from ages 7 through adult. Each class teacher choreographs a a piece based on the theme chosen for the year.

School of Alaska Dance Theatre Studio Demonstration
May 21, 2011 • 5:30-6:30pm • Discovery Theatre, ACPA
Join our Creative Movement program as they demostrate all that they've learned over the course of their first years of dance! The faculty leads them through class exercises, and gives them an introductory experience to performing on the big stage! Get out those cameras!

tickets are required for the studio demonstration, and also provide admission to the 7pm performance on Saturday, May 21

Nutcracker Holiday Ball & Tree Auction

Join us for an enchanted evening filled with music, dance and entertainment for the entire family!  There will be an appearance by the Sugar Plum Fairy, live dolls, and a myriad of holiday activities!  The silent auction will host our fabulous holiday tree creations, with special featured items will appear in our live auction!  Suggested donation of $5 for kids under 18, and $10 for adults.  All proceeds will benefit Alaska Dance Theatre.  Join in the fun and bid on your favorite tree! 

Dance4Art - Spring Art Auction Fundraiser

You're invited to attend the first annual Pointe Shoe Art Show! Artists from Alaska and beyond will be invited to design a pointe shoe...and we'll auction them off at the Dance4Art Spring Art Auction! Join us for an elegant evening as our Company showcases beautful artwork for you to add to your collection, including a special live auction with three featured creations.
