MUSICAL THEATER
The class will participate in a technically based warm-up after which students will learn Broadway-style choreography ranging from “Oklahoma” to “A Chorus Line.”
PILATES
Focusing on core training, approached through correct posture and body mechanics.
KUNDALINI YOGA
Teaching basic Kundalini stretches and breathing exercises using relaxation and meditation techniques.
SOCIAL DANCE
Exploring the styles of Ballroom dance including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha-Cha, Swing, Salsa, Merengue, Hustle and Samba.
YOGA FIT
An exercise science-supported yoga practice to develop functional strength, flexibility, balance, awareness, stress reduction and relaxation. Class has a definitive warm-up, work and cool down in a flowing format.
BELLY DANCE FUSION
Experience a fusion of influences, from the ancient and avant-garde, and empower yourself through this ever-evolving feminine art form.
LATIN FUSION
Improvisation and construction of rhythmic dialogues within the class using elements of both vernacular and popular forms including Salsa, Mambo, Casino Rueda, Rumba, Samba, Mambo, Cumbia, and Cha-Cha. The workshop will culminate with a group performance during the December 1 Out of the Box show.
STRETCH & TONE
The class is designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups.
